Our story

The number that isn't on the calendar.

Calendars stop at 31. Anyone can picture the 31st of a month, but there is no 32nd. Our name is a promise of soft serve you have never seen before, in taste and in looks.

32Parfait opened in Myeong-dong, Seoul, in 2003. Soft serve back then came in few flavors, ran out too soon and cost too much. We changed all three: more flavors, a fair price, and a 32 cm tower that is easily enough for two.

Today the second generation of the founding family runs the brand. After more than twenty years in Korea, 32Parfait now operates in Malaysia and Qatar and is opening in new cities around the world.

How it works

  1. Send an inquiry

    Tell us about your market, your team and your F&B experience.

  2. Zoom meeting

    We talk through your market, possible sites and the franchise model. If needed, you visit our stores in Seoul.

  3. Contract and first shipment

    After signing, you place your opening order of flavor mixes, cone sleeves and supplies, and we ship it to you.

  4. Local training and opening

    Our team trains yours on site and supports you through the opening.
