Who we are

This website is run by SAMATTI, the company that operates the 32Parfait brand (Seoul, Republic of Korea).

What we collect

When you send a franchise inquiry we collect what you type into the form: name, company, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country, city, the type of franchise you are interested in, your preferred opening time and your message.

With your inquiry we also send how you reached this website, for example an Instagram link or ad, or the site you came from. Your browser keeps this note only on your device until you send the form.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your franchise inquiry and to continue the conversation about opening 32Parfait in your market. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it

Up to 5 years after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Who else handles it

The website and form submissions are hosted by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Your details are stored on Netlify's servers when you send the form, for the period above. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time. You can also choose not to send the form; we just won't be able to reply to an inquiry we haven't received.
